Products and made-to-order production
Coathreads apparel is generally prepared after an order is placed. Product colours, embroidery scale, and placement may vary slightly because of screens, garment sizing, fabric behaviour, and the nature of embroidery. These variations are not intended to change the overall design or quality of the piece.
Personalisation requests
Customers are responsible for checking initials, wording, placement instructions, sizing, and uploaded references before submitting an order. Simple requests may be included where stated; substantial changes may require confirmation, extra preparation time, or a revised quotation. We may decline a request that is technically unsuitable, unlawful, infringing, offensive, or inconsistent with the garment.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An order is confirmed only after the checkout process is completed and payment is successfully authorised or otherwise accepted. If an obvious pricing, stock, payment, or technical error occurs, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and issue any required refund.
Production, changes, and cancellation
Because production may begin shortly after confirmation, requested changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact Coathreads promptly through Order Concierge if a correction is needed. Any available cancellation, exchange, or return remains subject to the Shipping & Returns policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery
Preparation and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by personalisation, carrier delays, incomplete addresses, regional restrictions, or events outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Artwork and intellectual property
Website text, photography, graphics, embroidery designs, branding, and original content belong to Coathreads or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. By submitting artwork or instructions, you confirm that you are authorised to use them and that fulfilling the request will not violate another person’s rights.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, or interfere with store operations.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coathreads is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse, inaccurate customer instructions, third-party carrier failures, or events outside reasonable control.
Governing terms and updates
