Official websites and email
Coathreads operates only at coathreads.in and coathreads.com. Official correspondence should come from an email address ending in @coathreads.in or @coathreads.com. Be cautious of lookalike websites and messages from other domains. Sender addresses can be spoofed, so if a message seems suspicious, contact info@coathreads.com directly. We will never request your payment PIN, OTP or password by email. Payment providers and delivery partners may send their own transaction or shipment notifications from separate domains.

Payments and deliveries
Razorpay: When you pay, the payment provider receives the transaction information and relevant billing/contact details required to process, verify or refund your payment and prevent fraud. Full card or UPI credentials should be handled by the payment provider, not stored in our store database.
Delhivery or Shiprocket: Where one of these delivery services is used, we share the recipient name, delivery address, phone number and the order/shipment details necessary to collect, deliver and track the parcel.
Our hosting, email and website-support providers may process limited data needed to operate the store. Each provider handles the information it receives under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell customer information or share it with third parties for their independent advertising.
WhatsApp and customer support
You may contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or through Order Concierge when available. If you choose WhatsApp, your communications are also processed by WhatsApp and its provider under their privacy practices. Order Concierge conversations and any attachments you send are stored to provide customer support.
