Made-to-order preparation
Each Coathreads garment is prepared after your order is confirmed. Preparation time can vary according to the garment, embroidery detail, order quantity, and any requested personalisation. This additional time allows the piece to be finished specifically for your order rather than selected from pre-made stock.
Dispatch and delivery
Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared when the selected carrier provides them. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by carrier delays, regional restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address, size, colour, or personalisation request. Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work has started.
Returns
Contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide the correct return instructions. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Return eligibility depends on the item and whether it was personalised or otherwise made to your specifications.
Personalised pieces
Items made with requested initials, altered embroidery placement, or another customer-approved change are created specifically for that order and are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit any rights available for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods under applicable consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Please do not wear, wash, or alter the item while the issue is being reviewed.
